In March 2009 one of Uganda's main newspapers, New Vision, ran an article about marriage that featured Gichuru and Eunice Jeremy. Gichuru talked about their own experience, and suggested some helpful practices for avoiding and resolving conflict in marriage - such as dealing with issues before bedtime, not bringing up past mistakes, and not trying to change your partner.
